Send a request
Email info@zufek.net with the subject “Privacy request”. Tell us whether you want access, a correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or to object to processing.
Include your inquiry reference if available and the email used for that inquiry. Describe your request clearly. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents unless a proportionate verification step has been agreed.
What happens next?
We verify that the request relates to you, review the applicable rights and exceptions, and respond to your contact address. Where GDPR applies, the usual deadline is one month; a permitted extension will be explained. We will explain if information must be retained for a legal obligation or claim.
