Last updated: 3 November 2026
Who handles your information?
DONGGUAN ZUFEK PRECISION CO., LTD., 1st Floor, No. 353, Fuyuan District, Songmushan, Dalang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong, China, is responsible for the inquiry information it receives. Contact info@zufek.net for privacy questions.
What we collect and why
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, business email, company, selected product, quantities, project requirements and optional drawing. We use these to assess feasibility, prepare a quotation and follow up. Please omit unrelated personal or sensitive information from drawings.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations and manage related business communications and records. Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on our legitimate interests in handling business inquiries, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract where applicable, or our legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Security and technical information
We use access controls and technical measures to help protect personal information and drawings against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. Access is limited to authorized staff. We also process technical information to prevent abuse and maintain the security and availability of the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Recipients and international access
Authorized ZUFEK staff and service providers supporting website hosting, data storage and email delivery may process information as needed to operate the website and handle your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Your inquiry information is accessible to our team in China and may be processed by service providers in other countries. The data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country. Please contact us for information about the processing locations and transfer safeguards applicable to your information.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your request and manage the related business relationship. Inactive inquiries that have not resulted in an order are reviewed after 12 months; information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. Records needed for orders, legal obligations or disputes may be kept longer. Drawings follow the retention period of the related inquiry. Backups and technical logs follow the applicable service retention arrangements.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Rights have legal exceptions, and portability applies only in qualifying circumstances. You can complain to the relevant supervisory authority. We normally respond within one month where GDPR applies; permitted extensions will be explained.
How to make a data request. We may request proportionate verification before releasing or changing information. We do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects from inquiry submissions.
Server access logging
When you visit public pages, we record your full IP address, the pages visited, visit time, referral source, limited campaign information, approximate country and browser or device type. These access records are separate from optional analytics and are collected regardless of your cookie preferences. They may be linked to an inquiry you submit. A daily rotating identifier helps estimate traffic without creating a persistent visitor profile. Access is restricted to authorized staff. Access records and IP addresses linked to inquiries are automatically removed within 90 days; backups follow separate retention arrangements.
We use access records to investigate abuse, resolve service faults and understand website traffic and inquiry sources. Where the GDPR applies, this processing is based on our legitimate interests in website security and business operations, taking account of your rights and interests. You may contact info@zufek.net to object to this processing or request access to or deletion of your information.
Optional analytics
With your consent, we collect optional statistics about page views and inquiry events, including the date, page, referral source and approximate country. These statistics do not retain full IP addresses or use persistent visitor identifiers. Aggregate statistics are kept for up to 90 days and removed during subsequent analytics activity. Source information attached to an inquiry follows the inquiry retention period. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings in the footer.
Cookies and changes
Optional first-party analytics runs only after consent. Advertising tracking is not used. See our Cookie policy. Material changes will be reflected in this notice and its update date.
