Drawing and quotation
Identify the current drawing, mating parts, material, finish and critical features. Record unresolved items and quotation assumptions, including the proposed route and any externally arranged processing or testing.

Based in Dalang, Dongguan, China, ZUFEK focuses on non-standard metal screws and drawing-defined threaded components for engineers, manufacturers and sourcing teams.
Custom fastener production experience
Guangdong, China
Dependent on part mix and production plan
Since 2005, ZUFEK has focused on custom metal fasteners where a standard catalog part does not fully answer the drawing. Our work centers on the details that affect assembly: a locating shoulder, a special drive, a through bore, an unusual thread or several functional features combined in one component.
Our Dalang location places the business within Dongguan’s manufacturing community. We work with customers on drawing clarification, sample requirements and repeat production, keeping material, geometry, finish and acceptance requirements connected throughout the quotation process.
Our production capacity is on the order of several million parts per month. Actual output, order allocation and delivery timing depend on part complexity, material, tooling, secondary operations and the agreed inspection scope.

ZUFEK has supplied custom screws for automotive component supply-chain projects associated with Mercedes-Benz and BMW vehicle applications. These references describe vehicle applications served through component supply-chain projects.
For an automotive RFQ, we discuss drawing revision, critical features, material and finish requirements, sample approval, lot identification and the documents needed by the customer’s purchasing and quality teams.
Shoulder screws, hollow parts, flange screws, special drives and compound structures call for different manufacturing decisions. Review the proposed forming or machining route together with threading, treatment, cleaning and inspection.
Two illustrative projects connect assembly needs with fastener structure, material, processing and an approval plan.
Separate the quotation, sample approval and repeat-production decisions. This makes it clear what is being priced, what the sample must demonstrate and what remains to be agreed for the order.
Identify the current drawing, mating parts, material, finish and critical features. Record unresolved items and quotation assumptions, including the proposed route and any externally arranged processing or testing.
Allow approximately 10–15 days for tooling and sampling, subject to technical review and quotation confirmation. Agree the starting milestone, sample quantity and checks before work begins; sample acceptance is a separate decision.
Use the approved sample and drawing revision to agree order quantity, lot identification, required documents and delivery. Monthly capacity is approximately several million parts across the product mix; allocation and timing depend on the actual route and order.
